Job summary

Ranger Care Center, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You'll work with orthopedic and neurological patients, developing gait, balance, wheelchair positioning, strength, functional maintenance, and engaging group activities. We offer in-house training and career development with growth opportunities within Vital Therapy; flexible schedules, including part-time and PRN, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Texas license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop gait, balance, and functional maintenance programs for patients.
• Address wheelchair positioning and wheelchair mobility needs.
• Lead and facilitate engaging, creative therapy groups.
• Implement therapy plans for orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Collaborate with in-house therapy team to optimize patient outcomes.
