CVHCare, a leader in Home Health Clinical services, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our San Ramon, CA home health team. The role offers flexible per-diem scheduling (6 visits/week) with access to multiple territories including Vacaville, Fairfield, Suisun City, Rio Vista, Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon.

Entry level considered; CA PTA license and CPR/BLS required. Reliable transportation, driver license, and eligibility for benefits under a part-time arrangement are

Title:Physical Therapist Assistant

Schedule: Per Diem (6 visits p/week)
Different Locations grouped together available:
* Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday

Locations: Area 6: This territory includes, but is not limited to, the cities of Vacaville, Fairfield, Suisun City, Rio Vista
AND/OR Area #7: covering Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon

Requirements

• One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant desired
• Entry level ok, no prior home health experience required
• Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License required
• Reliable Transportation and auto insurance
• Valid California Driver License
• CPR/BLS Certification

Desired

• Advanced computer system knowledge
• Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Tagalog, English/Armenian) a plus
