CVHCare is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our California home health care agency, serving areas in San Ramon and nearby cities. This role is on the road, with visits to patients across Area 4 and Area 5 regions, and offers flexible non-traditional schedules.

One year PTA experience is preferred, CA PTA license required, and driving is essential. Entry-level candidates are welcome for the right fit; comprehensive benefits and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• CA PTA license required; CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• One year PTA clinical experience preferred; entry level ok for home health.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services during home health visits.

Title: Physical Therapist Assistant

Schedule

Part-Time 32 (24 RVEs p/week) benefits available OR Part-Time 24 (18 RVEs p/week) OR Per Diem (6 RVEs p/week)
* Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday

Locations

Area 5: covering the cities of Pittsburg, Discovery Bay, Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley, Byron, Bethel Island, Bay Point

Area #4:covering the cities of Danville, Martinez, Moraga, Alamo, Clayton, Concord, Lafayette, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek

Requirements

• One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant desired
• Entry level ok, no prior home health experience required
• Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License required
• Reliable Transportation and auto insurance
• Valid California Driver License
• CPR/BLS Certification

• Advanced computer system knowledge
