Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a direct-hire, perm position. The role is day-shift, onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah, and requires you to integrate the organization’s vision, values and goals into daily performance.

You will provide skilled PT services under supervision, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited school is required.
• Current state license as a PTA or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification is required.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a perm / direct hire assignment! This is a direct hire / 'perm' position. Days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Current CPR certification
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT .
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
