TheraDynamics in New York is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support our Skilled Nursing facilities, delivering high-quality geriatric rehabilitation.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence. New graduates are welcome, with structured mentorship and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PT program.
• Current or eligible for Connecticut State PTA license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant in our Skilled Nursing setting, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, and play a direct role in helping patients return to their highest level of independence. Your caseload will be manageable, and your clinical judgment will be respected.
