TheraDynamics is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support Skilled Nursing patients in the Tri-State area. You will evaluate and treat individuals recovering from surgeries and medical events, creating tailored plans and working with an interdisciplinary team to maximize independence.

The role offers mentorship for new graduates, flexibility in scheduling (full-time, part-time, per diem), and a supportive environment with reasonable productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PT program.
• Current or eligible for Connecticut State PTA license.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply — structured mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
