TheraDynamics is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will evaluate and treat geriatric patients recovering from surgeries, neurological events, and deconditioning, while developing personalized plans of care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive structured mentorship, with flexible scheduling options.

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant in our Skilled Nursing setting, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, and play a direct role in helping patients return to their highest level of independence. Your caseload will be manageable, and your clinical judgment will be respected.
