Human Touch Home Health in Montgomery County seeks Physical Therapist Assistants to support patients in Silver Spring, Bethesda, Kensington, Cabin John and nearby areas. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles with flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement, enabling focused, one-on-one patient care.

You will provide treatments per the PTA plan of care, assist with mobility and gait training, document in WellSky, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant License Required.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes.
• WellSky experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatments according to the established PTA plan of care.
• Help patients improve strength, balance, endurance, and mobility.
• Provide therapeutic exercise and functional training.
• Assist with gait, transfer, and stair training.
• Reinforce home exercise and fall-prevention programs.
• Monitor patient response and progress.
• Communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation using WellSky.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

We currently have patients waiting for care in Silver Spring, Bethesda, Kensington, Cabin John, and surrounding communities and are hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities.

You don't have to drive all over Montgomery County.

• Immediate or near-immediate availability strongly preferred
• Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required
• WellSky Experience is a Plus
