Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Crystal Lake, Illinois seeks a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team under the guidance of a physical therapist. You will help treat patients by following an individualized plan of care and support program development.

You will communicate with therapists and staff, document patient progress, and assist with all phases of treatment using standard PT equipment. This role emphasizes quality patient outcomes and collaborative care.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
