Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. You will work under the guidance of a physical therapist and support treating patients by following individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include implementing PT-based programs, assisting in all therapy phases, recording patient responses, and maintaining open communication with the PT, Rehab Director and staff. A sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Qualified physical therapy assistant role under guidance of a physical therapist.
• Assist treatment following an individualized plan of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and responses.
• Communicate clearly with therapists, directors and staff.

• Develop and implement PT-based treatment programs per patient needs.
• Assist patients through all phases of therapy and techniques.

As an Enhance Rehab physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
