Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our team. In this PTA role, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to assist treating patients according to individualized plans of care.

You will help develop and implement treatment programs, document patient responses, and communicate with the PT, director, and staff. You will operate standard physical therapy equipment and contribute to excellent functional outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

• Assist patients under the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
• Develop and implement therapy plans with the PT's oversight.
• Document patient conditions and responses after each visit.
• Maintain clear communication with PT, Rehab Director, and facility staff.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
