Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital-Northwest Indiana is seeking PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to administer physical therapy treatment under a plan of care created by a Physical Therapist and ordered by a physician. The PTA will work with the Physical Therapist to develop treatment programs for therapy patients.

Requirements include an active Indiana PTA license, current BLS certification, and ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Indiana.
• Current BLS certification.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English. Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatment interventions as outlined by the plan of care established by a Physical Therapist and ordered by a Physician.
• Collaborate with a Physical Therapist to develop and modify treatment programs for therapy patients.
