FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in East Naples, FL is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. You will work alongside Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans that improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.

This full-time role offers competitive pay ($25–$35/hour) with monthly profit sharing up to $1,000, plus benefits and opportunities for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other members of the clinical team.
• Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care.
• Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards.
