Job summary

Burger Physical Therapy in Elk Grove, CA is seeking an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team for a full-time, benefits-eligible position.

This orthopedic-focused PTA will perform assessments, implement treatment plans, guide exercises, and educate patients and families while collaborating with a supportive Rehab team that includes an on-site Director and Facility Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with state licensure (PTA).
• Strong orthopedic therapy skills and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team.

Burger Physical Therapy has provided therapy services since 1978. We current seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team.

Thisposition is in our Outpatient clinic located inElk Grove, CA. We seek a strong Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant to join our thriving team for a full-time, fully benefitted position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 9-5:00.

This opportunity is available immediately and can be offered at 8 or10 hour days.

The Rehab team has an on-site Director and Facility Coordinator along with a full-time ready to welcome you!!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions
• Aid and direct patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, activities of daily living, prosthetic training, gait and functional training.
• Educate patient and family on proper care plans
• Communicate with team members to ensure quality care is being provided.
