Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a great outpatient facility on a contract assignment in Gaithersburg, MD. Shift options include mornings and afternoons across Monday through Friday.

The role requires an Associate degree, active or in-process PTA licensure, and CPR certification, with responsibilities including delivering PT services under supervision and coordinating with an interprofessional team to meet

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Active PTA license or in the process of licensure.
• Associates degree from an accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision according to physician orders.
• Implement and modify the PT plan of care with supervision of a PT.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

A great Outpatient facility is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a contract assignment!This is a contract assignment.Shift: Monday - Thursday 2 shifts 7 AM - 3 PM, 2 shifts 11 AM - 7 PM and Fridays 7/8 AM - 3/4 PM.This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Current CPR certification.

Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.

Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.

Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
