Centra Healthcare Solutions in Maryland is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an outpatient facility on a contract assignment. The PTA will provide skilled therapies under the supervision of a licensed PT to improve mobility and relieve pain from disease or injury.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.

Requirements

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Shift: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3 PM
