Job summary

Centra Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment in Clancy, MT. The PTA will provide skilled services under supervision, ensure treatment plans align with physician orders, and support an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

Applicants must have an Associate degree, MT PTA license (or be in process), and a collaborative approach. This contract position offers day shifts with competitive pay and potential housing accommodations

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in the process of licensure.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions under physician orders and supervision of a Registered/Licensed PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan under supervision of a Registered/Licensed PT.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to meet patients' goals.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a contract assignment!

• This is a contract position.
• Days schedule.
• This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
