Job summary

Rehab Planet Physical Therapy & Wellness is expanding its in-home outpatient services in Texas and seeks motivated Texas-licensed PTAs to join our team.

This role offers flexible scheduling (PRN, part-time, full-time) with one-on-one patient care delivered in the patient's home.

You will travel between homes, communicate clearly, and contribute to meaningful continuity of care for adults and older adults.

Flexible scheduling

Build your schedule around your availability. We have opportunities ranging from PRN and supplemental hours to part-time and full-time caseloads.

One patient at a time

No juggling multiple patients simultaneously or trying to manage a packed clinic schedule. Your attention is on the patient in front of you.

Meaningful continuity of care

Many of our patients may benefit from therapy 2–3 times per week, allowing you to follow their progress closely, reinforce your interventions, and develop a strong therapeutic relationship.

Help patients who have difficulty getting to an outpatient clinic

Many patients still need skilled therapy after home health or simply have difficulty traveling to a clinic. You bring outpatient-level rehabilitation directly to them.

More autonomy

Spend your day moving between patients rather than staying inside the same clinic all day. This can be an excellent fit for therapists who enjoy independence and managing their own schedule.

Opportunity to grow

Start PRN or part-time if you prefer. As your caseload grows, there may be an opportunity to transition into a larger or full-time role.
