ABL Health Care in Danville seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time home health. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and work with the care team to improve mobility and quality of life.

The role requires CA PTA license, at least one year in home health, a valid CA driver’s license, and willingness to travel within 15–25 miles. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy services within the scope of care, following the patient’s individualized plan, in coordination with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Administer treatments, monitor patient conditions, and report signs or symptoms indicating a change in patient condition to the physician, case manager, or director of nursing as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and submit documentation according to company policy using a company‑provided device.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, self‑driven PTA to join our dedicated team and provide exceptional care throughout the region. You will evaluate patients’ physical health, develop individualized treatment plans, and work to improve their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. You will collaborate closely with our Clinical Director and Clinical Staff, ensuring the highest standards of care while providing support both remotely and independently in the field.
