Continuum Therapy Partners, a SNF rehabilitation provider, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role serving Marshfield, Stevens Point, and Wisconsin Rapids. Join a collaborative team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to deliver high-quality rehabilitation for geriatric and post-acute patients, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and independence in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Wisconsin PTA license.

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position covering Marshfield, Stevens Point, and Wisconsin Rapids.

Northshore Healthcare at Marshfield, Stevens Point Health Services and Wisconsin Rapids Health Services.

Join our experienced rehabilitation team providing high‑quality physical therapy services to residents in a collaborative SNF setting. Work alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech‑Language Pathologists to provide exceptional rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting. Treat primarily geriatric and post‑acute patients while helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
