Job summary
Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in a full-time role within a Skilled Nursing Facility in New Jersey. The PTA will assist the supervising PT to deliver therapies aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and promoting wellness among residents.
The ideal candidate holds an NJ PTA license and can work independently to carry out treatment plans, with geriatric experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Licensed PTA in the state of practice (NJ).
- Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
- Experience with geriatric populations preferred.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
