Pivot Rehabilitation Services in Round Rock, TX is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time work. You will assist the supervising physical therapist and document treatments in the medical record, contributing to high quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current license in practicing state.
• Excellent communication and professional interaction with patients and staff.
• Ability to perform responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsabilités

• Treats patients as directed by the physical therapist.
• Records treatments given in medical record.
• Participates in patient care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings.
• Communicates progress, problems, and plans with supervising therapist and team.
• Participates in facility in-service training programs.
• Records daily treatments and labor according to corporate procedure and state Physical Therapy rules.

Qualifications

Essential Functions:

• - Treats patients as directed by the physical therapist
• - Records treatments given in medical record
• - Participates in patient care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings
• - Communicates with supervising therapist, rehab director and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans
• - Participates in facility in-service training programs
• - Records daily treatments and labor according to corporate procedure and state Physical Therapy rules

Qualifications:

• - Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• - Current license in practicing state
• - Must have good communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients family members, and staff
• - Must be capable of performing the Responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations
