Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality home health care to adults and seniors across the Jupiter area. You will operate under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, visiting patients in their homes to improve strength, mobility, and independence.

We offer a flexible schedule with consistent patient volume, mileage reimbursement, and tools to reduce windshield time.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort with technology—email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

Compensation and Benefits*

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $40- $50 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
