Job summary

InHome Therapy in Kissimmee is seeking a licensed PTA to provide home health physical therapy to adults and geriatric patients. You will work under a PT, travel to patients' homes, help them regain strength and function, and document therapy sessions with training provided.

We offer a flexible schedule with autonomy over your day, mileage reimbursement, paid training, mentorship, and growth opportunities within the organization, plus a tablet with data plan to support notes and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health PTA services under the supervision of a PT.

• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

Compensation and Benefits*

The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
