Northwood Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Lowell, MA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our care team. As a PTA, you will provide direct treatment and collect assessment data under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, supporting high-quality patient care.

We offer up to $45 per hour with weekly pay, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, vacation, and annual leave.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant is required.
• CEU's per state licensure requirements must be maintained.
• Current licensure by the applicable state agency where required.
• Prior clinical experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates welcome!

Responsibilities

• Assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Participate in clinical program development and implementation.
• Contribute to the team meeting and decision-making process.
• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers.
• Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor.
• Document activities according to the facility's clinical documentation system on a timely basis.
• Demonstrate knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic care team at Northwood Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Lowell. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and residents. Up to $45 an hour with weekly pay.

About the Position:

As a PTA, you will assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will also participate in clinical program development and implementation, and contribute to the team meeting and decision-making process. Our PTA team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and customer service to our patients and their families.
