Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a part-time contract in Tulare, California. The PTA will provide physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care, including treatment, implementation and documentation.

The position pays $45 per hour with a 24-hour weekly schedule. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• One year of prior PTA experience preferred.
• CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Physical Therapy Assistant provides physical therapyservices including treatment, implementation and documentation under thedirection of the Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s planof care.

• One (1) year of prior professional Physical TherapyAssistant experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
