In this full-time role, you will support licensed physical therapists by helping design and implement individualized treatment plans and by delivering therapeutic interventions to residents.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, Modalities, and other forms of treatment, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Collaborate with the physical therapist to design and implement treatment plans that address the resident's physical, emotional, and social needs
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
