Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Century Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Century, FL, seeks a PT Aide for skilled nursing facility services. Work inside a dedicated therapy gym helping residents regain function with compassionate care.

This PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived. Florida-licensed PTAs with SNF/post-acute experience preferred will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

PRN POSITION **Increased rates when medical benefits are waived.**

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Position Summary

Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
