H2 Health Senior Services - 1:1 Patient Care5-15+ visits/week in ALF settingPaducah, KY

This position will treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 within luxury senior living communities as well as residential visits within a 10-mile radius. You will work with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred, but don't worry if you're a new grad - we welcome you too!
  • Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of KY
