Job summary

Puget Sound Care, part of Caldera Care, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Olympia. You will assess patients, develop collaborative treatment plans with physicians, and help residents regain mobility and function in a supportive setting.

The ideal candidate holds a valid WA PTA license in good standing and has prior SNF experience; compassion and strong communication are essential to thrive here.

Qualifications
