Job summary

North Auburn Care in Auburn, WA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our compassionate team at a Caldera Care facility.

You will assess patient strengths and weaknesses, help develop team-based treatment plans per physician orders, and assist residents in restoring mobility and function.

WA PTA licensure in good standing is required; SNF experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with a supportive, home-like environment.

Qualifications

What you will do:

• Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses
• Devise a creative and effective team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders
• Help resident restore their physical function and mobility

Must have:

• Compassion for residents
• Forward Thinking
• Effective communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills that can motivate patients
• Must have a valid Washington PTA credentials that is in good standing
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
