Job summary

Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital, operated jointly with Lifepoint Health, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our rehabilitation services. You will administer PTA-directed interventions, assist patient mobility and exercises, monitor responses, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure a safe treatment environment.

Candidates should have an Associate's degree from a PTA program, current PTA license, CPR certification, and rehab or acute care experience;

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree from a PTA program.
• Experience: Rehab or acute care experience preferred. Inpatient or SNF experience preferred.
• License: Current PTA license in state of practice.
• Certifications: CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT.
• Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.
• Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Sunday-Thursday (8am-430pm)

Hourly Range: $34-$43.12
