Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation department at Autumn Lake in Norwalk, CT. Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility. The role involves working closely with residents recovering from surgery, illness, injury, and mobility decline while supporting functional improvement and independence.
