Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake Windsor in Windsor, CT. This full-time role supports residents' mobility and independence under the supervision of a licensed PT, with a compensation range of $33–$36 per hour.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, promoting safety, documenting progress, collaborating with PTs and nurses, and educating residents and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
