LTC Therapy Services is hiring a PTA at Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation. You'll provide hands-on care for residents in a skilled nursing setting, helping them build on each therapy session as they work toward safer movement and greater independence.

What You'll Do

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Lead exercises and mobility activities suited to residents' goals
• Help residents practice walking and transfers with appropriate assistive devices
• Monitor activity tolerance and communicate changes to the PT
• Complete treatment notes and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team
