Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN coverage at Blackstone Valley, Whitinsville, MA. You will work with the supervising Physical Therapist to help residents improve walking, transfers, and everyday movement.

Responsibilities include implementing plan-of-care treatments, leading exercises, and documenting progress. PRN assignments offer flexible scheduling and collaboration with experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Clear communication and dependable clinical documentation.
• Ability to organize treatment sessions and recognize when to consult the supervising PT.
• Skilled nursing rehabilitation experience is helpful; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Stern Therapy Consultants is adding a Physical Therapist Assistant to the PRN rehab team at Blackstone Valley in Whitinsville, MA. Work alongside the supervising Physical Therapist to help skilled nursing residents gain confidence with walking, transfers, and everyday movement.

What You'll Do

• Carry out treatments outlined in the Physical Therapist's plan of care, adapting activities within that plan to residents' tolerance.
