About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting physical therapists with exercises, treatments, and procedures
• Conducting therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Monitoring and reporting patient progress to the rehabilitation teamMaintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
