Riverview Estates Rehabilitation & Senior Living in Riverton, New Jersey, is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. You will work closely with Physical Therapists to design and implement individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, function, and a higher quality of life for residents.

• Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients with a variety of diagnoses and conditions
• Conduct and document patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments
• Use a variety of physical therapy techniques and modalities to promote patient progress and independence
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment plans
