Job summary

Alliance Health Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role at Piedmont Hills. You will provide hands-on therapy to residents in a skilled nursing setting and help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

A $2,000 sign-on bonus and a $500 referral bonus are offered, with flexible 4-day or 5-day workweeks to support work-life balance. Responsibilities include following PT plans, delivering individual and group therapy, tracking progress and billing, and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Prior long-term care/skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required.

We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality, hands‑on care and help our residents achieve their therapy goals in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy to residents.
