Job summary

The Broadview Center is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehabilitation team, helping residents improve mobility, strength, function, and independence. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will provide personalized, resident-centered care and contribute to meaningful progress and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized plans of care to reduce pain and improve function.
• Monitor and document resident progress, including strength, mobility, and motor performance.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the Physical Therapist and care team.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Follow all professional, legal, and regulatory standards.
