The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides skilled services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include patient education, ensuring safety, documentation, and compliance with regulations, following state scope of practice.
Compensation is per visit, covering all related activities including preparation, travel, supplies, and communication.
Must meet physical position requirements, with evidence of current TB testing. May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens. Travel required. Physical demands include reading, speaking, writing, dexterity, hearing, seeing, walking, sitting, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
