Human Touch Home Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a growing team serving Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Caroline County, and surrounding communities. We offer full-time and PRN schedules, flexible options, and a supportive leadership team focused on growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia PTA license required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with WellSky Home Health is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and fall prevention.
• Assist patients in improving strength, balance, endurance, and functional mobility.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation using WellSky.
