Job description

Klarus Home Health / Jet Health, Inc, is seeking a PRN / Per Diem licensed physical therapy assistant to provide coordinated physical therapy to our home health patients of all ages under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. The role is based in the Weatherford, TX area, with a willingness to drive to Benbrook, TX as needed.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with an Associate Degree.
• Current State License or multi-state license under the PTLC, or meet the requirements in 42 CFR 484.115(I).
• Preferred one year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant; home health experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of HCHB EMR system is highly preferred.
• Adherence to Therapy Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Good interpersonal skills and proof of current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
