PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant (Inpatient / Outpatient Hybrid) - Keller Oaks

Join us at Flagship Therapy as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Keller Oaks Healthcare Center in Keller, TX. This full-time position offers opportunities for clinical development, career growth, and leadership training.

About the Role

Keller Oaks Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing facility providing long-term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy. You will have access to ongoing training and education in areas such as dysphagia, dementia, stroke, neurorehabilitation, and respiratory/COVID recovery programs.

Responsibilities
  • Support clinical interventions using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide rehabilitative treatment under Physical Therapist supervision.
  • Administer various rehab procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive devices.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists to assess and modify treatments.
  • Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license.
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
