Job summary

HealthCare Support is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA to join one of NM's largest healthcare providers in Clovis, NM. You will provide hands-on PT treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized plans, and advocate for access to care.

Shift: Day shifts available. Requires Active Physical Therapy Assistant License in New Mexico.

Qualifications

• Active NM license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence while progressing toward rehabilitation goals
• Collaborates with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary care teams to implement individualized treatment plans, support recovery, and promote safe transitions across care settings
• Advocates for patients to ensure access to appropriate care, services, and resources

Pay Details:

• $24.27 per hour - $37.07 per hour (negotiable based on years of experience)
