Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks in Clinton, MD. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and a path to professional growth within a collaborative rehab team.

You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist, help residents with mobility and daily activities, and document progress for ongoing therapy plans.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
• Carry out individualized treatment plans and monitor resident progress
• Communicate changes in resident status with the supervising therapist and interdisciplinary team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
