Job summary

Rehab Advisors, an in-house management client of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a growing therapy program in a skilled nursing facility. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a path to professional growth within a respected national therapy network.

You will provide PTA services under supervision, help identify suitable patients, document promptly, and collaborate with the PT and care team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
