Rehab Advisors, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join their in-house therapy program in a skilled nursing facility setting. This part-time PTA role emphasizes collaborative care, patient progress, and regulatory documentation.

You'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits. New grads may apply and support for professional growth is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
