Job summary

Rehab Advisors by Enhance Therapies is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join their in-house therapy program in a part-time role at a skilled nursing facility in New York. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide physical therapy treatments under supervision, identify suitable patients for therapy, collaborate with the PT and care team, and maintain compliant documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
