Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support our growing national network in Lindale, TX. This PRN position offers flexibility and the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, educate patients on home exercise programs, and coordinate with the supervising PT to adjust care as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
